CUDO Communication Co., Ltd. (CEO Yong-Sik Kim), an AI security solutions specialist, announced that it participated in the 2025 Korea Safety Industry Expo, hosted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, from the 17th to the 19th, where it showcased its AI-based CCTV control support system built on local government surveillance infrastructure.
At the exhibition, CUDO Communication unveiled its Control Support System, the first project of its kind developed in collaboration with the Ministry of the Interior and Safety and the Korea Local Information Research & Development Institute (KLID). The system leverages municipal CCTV footage as AI training data to support the development and advancement of intelligent surveillance technologies.
The Control Support System automatically collects CCTV video clips for AI training from local government surveillance feeds and applies generative AI to enhance surveillance automation and disaster response capabilities. As a central–local government integrated support platform, the system is expected to enable faster and more precise responses in the event of disasters.
In addition, CUDO Communication introduced a wide range of intelligent CCTV–based safety solutions at the expo, including
△ natural disaster response solutions addressing climate change–related risks,
△ industrial safety AI CCTV solutions for accident prevention at industrial sites, and
△ public safety and social disaster solutions targeting random crimes and crowd congestion scenarios.
In particular, live demonstrations of predictive and analytical technologies designed to respond to frequently occurring incidents—such as underpass flooding, industrial accidents, and social disasters—attracted strong interest from visitors.
CEO Yong-Sik Kim of CUDO Communication stated,
“Intelligent CCTV technology is capable of addressing a wide spectrum of risks, from climate change–driven natural disasters to everyday public safety challenges,” adding, “Through AI-based security solutions, we aim to minimize risks, reduce public anxiety, and contribute to building a safer Korea.”
