Based on submitted documents and the personal statement, we review basic job qualifications and role alignment. 

STEP 02

First Interview

The hiring team evaluates practical skills
and overall fit with the position and workplace.

STEP 03

Second Interview 

Senior management conducts an in-depth review of organizational fit and job suitability. 

STEP 04

Final Decision

Once all procedures are completed and the candidate is selected, the successful applicant officially joins CUDO.
